The glass is similar to conservation reflection control glass and all the materials are acid free. The Walt Disney autograph is preserved to be unframed if you ever choose, but not sure why anyone would want to do that. The signature is Bold and very large. It appears Walt Disney signed it in 1948 based on the date written on the side. This autograph has been fully authenticated by Phil Sears, a Walt Disney Autograph expert. Phil Sears is pretty much the highest authority when it comes to Walt Disney autographs. He has even authenticated Walt Disney autographs for the Disney Corporation. Even the experts (major authentication companies) refer to Phil Sears on the most difficult Walt Disney autographs. Walt Disney autographs make a good investments as it is the most sought after autograph for collectors. This one is framed and ready to go! An original 1958 Disneyland guide in superb condition, signed in blue pen on the right side. Guide is complete and no pages are missing. Again the condition is very good. This guide has many pages of colorful photos and texts with useful info about Disneyland. A map of Disneyland is featured on the back cover of the guide. An unused and rare original ticket from Disneyland from 1957. Specifically this ticket was valid only for the 12th of October 1957. The ticket is complete and unused. You can see the stamp on the back stating it is valid for that day. Both items are professionally framed in a beautiful presentation, ready to hang. I can’t think of something better than having those 2 items together in a frame, and having the guide itself signed. The signature is in good condition as you can see. Plexiglass was used instead of glass to avoid possible damage to the papers since glass can break. Everything is framed in such a way so that both the front and the back of the guide/ticket are visible. The item doesn’t come with a coa, although provenance is good. Collectors and experts have seen it and loved it. All sales are final. I will consider serious offers, and if you have any question, please just ask.
