This is an FDR TLS (typed letter signed) authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA. This was signed while he was governor of New York. Below is the history of the signature. I have a separate listing for the book and the rest of the signatures. In 1931 the national Conference of Governors was held in French Lick, Indiana. Either prior to or after this the owners of a local stone company sent electric clocks enclosed in Indiana limestone to the governors of various states. Subsequently many of these governors wrote back thanking them for the clocks. The other listing is for the book from the conference along with 23 signed letters. Most were signed by governors, some were signed by people in the governors offices. A couple letters are handwritten.
