This is a very unique item. Specifically, this is a medical/military appointment document signed by Teddy Roosevelt from 1904. I have seen a few of these over the years. I believe I have a document in pretty solid shape (considering age), the Roosevelt signature is clear and readable, and I have taken the time and made the investment to frame it and have museum quality glass (non-glare) installed.
