Neil Armstrong Family Collection Owned Press Photo Signed COA CAG Apollo 11 Moon
This listing is for a photograph of Neil Armstrong, which came directly from his personal collection. This Associated Press photo was taken at a press conference in August 1969, a few weeks after the Apollo 11 mission. Neil was given copies of the pictures, and they became part of his personal photo albums. This item was obtained directly from Neil’s sons. When Neil died in 2012, most of his collection was given to Janet, his first wife. And then when Janet died last year, the collection was passed down to their sons, who decided to sell most of it. For authenticity, they had each item encapsulated in a tamper-proof case and authenticated by CAG. The only way to open the case is to break it, so you can be certain that the item inside is genuine. In addition, the winner will receive a Certificate of Authenticity with a matching serial number, which has been hand-signed by Neil’s sons. The winner will receive the exact items in the photos, so please refer to those for a closer look. Thank you for viewing this listing!
